Summer Music Camp

Fees and Registration, Register For Summer Camp online

Camp Tuition: $950.00 (registration deposit included in fee)

Tuition due in full no later than Sunday, July 11

Registration Deposit: $100.00

Deposit must be submitted with the application and will be applied toward camp tuition.

Early Registration Discount: $100.00

Scholarships

Partial scholarships are based on financial need, ability, and need of instrument. Please download our scholarship application, fill out, and return to the YMO office.

Payment Plans

Monthly payment plans are available for families needing extra time to make payments. Please contact the YMO office for more details.

Refund Policy

The $100.00 registration deposit will not be refunded. If a student drops out before the first day of camp, the tuition will be refunded. If a child is dismissed for any reason, there will be no refund. If a child must leave camp due to a family emergency or illness, a refund will be discussed on a case by case basis.

	April 1	Early Registration Deadline (Must be postmarked by this date with registration fee in order to receive discount)
	June 20	Registration and Audition Tape Deadline
	June 25	Notification of Acceptance and music sent out
	July 11	Check In 5:00-7:00 PM Final Payment Due
	July 24	Final Concert 2:00 PM Check Out Immediately Following Concert
