Designed for the student with one to three years' experience, Intermediate Jazz Band students will learn the basics of jazz foundations, including improvization and ensemble playing. Style is key, and in jazz band, students will focus on the different subtleties of great playing as they are challenged through fun and exciting new music. Intermediate jazz students will also be given the opportunities to take their music out into the community, using their gifts to honor God and serve others.
